As a valued member of the care family, you will play a part in delivering high-quality to the residents.

In this job you will:

• Work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
• Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents, are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
• Assist in the nursing care of the resident’s physical environment and in the general day-day activities of the home

For this role you must have:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Great team playing skills
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• The ability to work nights on a rota basis
