After receiving a fairly mediocre service from another carer staffing agency, I decided to try some alternatives to improve the flexibility of agency cover. Elite showed a wholly different approach to other agencies we worked with – staff at least as good as our own, well trained. I found them to be well organised and attentive, service focussed with staff at least as good as our own. I was delighted with the service and would recommend them on that basis.
