Registered Nurse (Days)

Up to £21.50 per hour
I am recruiting for a qualified Nurse to join a fabulous nursing home. You will be working in a ‘good’ CQC rated nursing home in the beautiful town of Christchurch in Dorset. The home provides high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care to 62 people and has been through a programme of refurbishment and has also had a wonderful extension added.
In this role you will:
- Work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
- Assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home
To be successful in this role you must have:
- NMC registration as a nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills and knowledge of the role of a Nurse
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in caring for older adults.
- Flexibility to work day, evening and weekends as required.
