Care Home Senior Support Worker Nights
Woodbridge, Suffolk £13 per hour
We are looking for Senior Support Workers to work in fabulous residential care and nursing home, in the elegant, Georgian-style house that offers residential and dementia care in the heart of Woodbridge.
As a Senior Support Worker you will be required to:
- Work as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs residents
- Respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times
- Ensure that care services are of a consistently high standard
- Help in caring for residents
- Undertake other general day-to-day activities within the care/nursing home
For this role you must have:
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards this)
- Previous experience in a senior care role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An empathetic and caring nature
