I am looking for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Referral and Assessment Team in Kingston up Thames. You will be working with a wide range of families from diverse backgrounds with different presenting issues. This is not an easy role, but is very rewarding, helping to change the lives of children and young people.
For this post you must have:
- A Social Work qualification and have undertaken your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) as well as a registration with Social Work England
- Evidence of championing inclusion and diversity whilst making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people
- Relevant experience to the role; ideally some experience in working directly in some capacity with children and young people
- The ability to work as part of a team and actively participate in the team duty system, be supportive of colleagues and other professionals
- A positive attitude towards the work you are undertaking
